5) Do not use for other function than cutting (screwdriver, bottle-opener, tin-opener, lever and so on)

6) Do not cut hard, frozen or boned food

7) Resharpen if necessary with a ceramic sharpening steel

8) Wash by hand or in a dishwasher

9) Store in a protected compartment (block or original box).
